When your agency enters into an arrangement with the NDIA you are provided with an NDIS Reference number.
This number needs to be saved in your database in order to create your NDIS Claims Payment File for uploading to the NDIS portal.
You NDIS Reference will generally be provided to Community Data Solutions when your NDIS functionality is configured.
Instructions
To view your NDIS Reference Number
Step 1. Log into your CRM database (refer to Logging On for further information).
Step 2. Select NDIS Reference Number from the Top menu
Any saved NDIS reference numbers are displayed.
Tips: If your agency works across multiple areas, you may have more than one reference number. If you attempt to create a Claim report with no Reference number saved, it will error. If you attempt to create a Claim report with no Reference number saved for the Region your claimed support items relate to, it will error.
