The Out of Home Care – Expired Training report creates a report containing details of Clients/Adults whose training is up for renewal.
OOHC – Expired Training
The Out of Home Care – Expired Training report creates a .csv file containing details of Clients/Adults (i.e. Adult Carers from a Carer Household) who have an expired (or soon to expire) training record and includes the following columns:

Instructions
Step 1. Log into your CRM database (refer to Logging On for further information).
Step 2. Select Report button from the Top Menu
Step 3. From the Report drop-down menu, select Out of Home Care – Expired Training List.
The Out of Home Care – Expired Training List report has the capacity to be limited by an end date. This field is located under Parameters; complete it according to your requirements.
Step 4. Click Run Report
The Report will be downloaded into your downloads folder, depending on your computer’s settings.
