CDS is required to perform regular system maintenance during which time your database will be unavailable to you.
The update process is as below:
Monday evenings
We typically perform maintenance to all databases on a Monday evening (and less often on a Wednesday) from 8pm AEST.
This means that your database could be unavailable for a period of time (typically between 30 minutes and 1 hour).
Tuesday and Thursday evenings
We typically release changes to selected databases from 8pm AEST.
This means that your database could be unavailable for a short period of time (typically between 15 minutes and 30 minutes).
Generally your database manager will be advised of any Tuesday or Thursday outages in advance.
The exact length of the outage depends upon a number of variables so we cannot be precise.
These maintenance periods are published under our Service Level Agreement and if you require further details please request this via support@communityds.com.au
