Agency Statistics Report

The Agency Statistics Report provides a summary of the clients, case and sessions for the nominated time period.

Instructions

Step 1. Log into your CRM database (refer to Logging On for further information).

Step 2. Select Reports from the top menu

The On-Demand Reporting page is displayed

Step 3. Select Agency Statistics Report from the Report drop-down list

Select Agency Statistics Report

Step 4. Enter the required parameters

Agency Statistics Report Parameters

  • Start date/time
    • Select the start time of the required report
  • End date/time
    • Select the end time of the required report
  • Site
    • Select a Site to run the report for
    • If no site is selected, all sites will be included
  • Users Name
    • Select a User to report on, or select All Users
  • Report On (Postcode or LGA)
    • Select whether to report by postcode or local government area

Step 5. Run Report

Once the report has completed processing, click the ‘Click Here to Download’  link

Download Report

The Report will display in your browser, or open with your PDF viewer, depending on your computer’s settings.

The Tenancy Statistics Report is displayed.

The Report lists the following information:

Case Summary Statistics:

  • Cases open at the start of the reporting period
  • Cases opened during the period
  • Cases closed during the period
  • Cases open at the end of the period
  • Cases with a session during the period

Client Statistics:
Client statistics for active cases with a session during the reporting period, broken down by:

  • Age & Gender
  • Main Language and Interpreter Requirements
  • ATSI Heritage
  • Disability and Type of Disability

Case Referral Statistics
Statistics for all referrals created during the reporting period, broken down by:

  • Incoming Referral
  • Incoming Referral Source
  • Outgoing Referral
  • Outgoing Referral Type

Case Detailed Statistics:
Case statistics for active cases with a session during the reporting period, broken down by:

  • Agreement and Tenant Type
  • Dwelling Type
  • Weekly Rent
  • Main Source of Income
  • Household Type
  • Tenancy Matters
  • Services Provided
  • Tenant Outcomes (if case closed in reporting period)
  • Agency Outcomes (if case closed in reporting period)
  • Tenancy (Postcode/LGA)

Session Statistics:
Session statistics for sessions during the reporting period, broken down by:

  • Session Mode
  • Session Type

Enquiries Referral Statistics:
Enquiry statistics for enquiries received during the reporting period, broken down by:

  • Incoming Referral
  • Incoming Referral Source
  • Outgoing Referral
  • Outgoing Referral Type
