Tenancy Management

Tenancy Management functionality tracks all Tenancy Counselling services provided to and associated with, clients. This module has the capability to record the tenancy issues presented by the client, multiple tenancy counselling sessions and outgoing referrals. It can also store relevant client documents.

The CRM database Tenancy Management functionality is tailored to each organisation.  Although each installation may differ slightly, the following information will generally be included:

  • Client – the client the case relates to
  • Tenancy Casefile – the individual case information (a client may have more than one case)
  • Tenancy Casefile Sessions – recorded details for each session related to the case
  • Other Tenants – Other tenants at the property related to this case
  • Related Contacts – Records organisations related to the case
  • Related Cases – Existing cases related to this case
  • Tenancy Casefile Documents – any documents related to the case
  • Referrals – any referrals made to external agencies related to the case

 

Tenancy Management

 

The Tenancy Management process generally follows:

  • Create a Tenancy Casefile
    • Client intake is performed, Tenancy Casefile record is created for a client. This may include the recording of related tenants, contacts and/or cases.
  • Tenancy Sessions
    • Specific communications with the client is performed, documents and referrals may be created
  • Close a Tenancy Casefile (Client Exit)
    • Client exit is performed, Personal Counselling record is finalised and closed
