Information is sent from your PC browser to the CDS CRM each time you view or update information.
Information sent between your web browser and the CDS CRM is encrypted to prevent theft or manipulation. The technology responsible for the encryption is built into the web browser you are using. As technology evolves, old web browsers no longer support the latest encryption technology and become insecure.
You must ensure that your web browser is kept up to date.
CDS support the latest versions of these web browsers:
* Google’s Chrome/Chromium (this is our recommended browser)
* Microsoft’s Edge
* Mozilla’s Firefox
* Apple’s Safari
Browsers not in this list may not display pages correctly and may not support the encryption protocols and ciphers we use. Over time we update the encryption protocols and ciphers and currently support a minimum of TLSv1.3.
All browsers in the list above are compliant and are supported.
