DEX Portal File Processing returns the following error:
Error
- The number of unidentified clients must be greater than or equal to the maximum number of unidentified clients who attended the associated sessions
Cause
Incorrect data in the case record.
This may be caused the number of unidentified clients on a Community Education case has been changed, but the number on the underlying sessions has not.
Action
Locate the Community Education record in your database.
Edit the record.
Save the record to recalculate the unidentified attendees.
Save the changes.
