DSS provides 1 group assessment domain for community case work:
- Community domain
Group assessment only varies from individual assessment by applying to a group of clients instead of individuals. As such users are not required to click on a session attendance record and instead use the ‘Group Assessment’ panel to create pre-session and post-session assessments.
Instructions
Step 1. Log into your CRM database (refer to Logging On for further information).
Step 2. Locate the session you wish to assess. This may exist under a variety of sessions e.g. Community Education, Financial Counselling
Step 3. Select the completed session.
Step 4. Scroll to the Group Assessments Sub-panel
Step 5. Click Create
Step 6. Select the required Assessment type
Step 7. Enter any required assessment notes
Step 8. Click Save
The Assessment questions section is displayed
Step 9. Complete the questions as required
Step 10. Click Save
The Assessment record is saved
Step 11. Repeat steps 5 – 10 for any additional assessment types for the group.
These may include:
- Pre-Session – Group
- Post-Session – Group
Tip: Ensure there is only one assessment of each type. If multiple assessments of the same type are recorded, your DEX Portal upload will error.
