DEX Portal File Processing returns the following error:
Error
Money management workshop delivered field cannot be sent with the Information/advice/referral Service Type
Cause
A Financial Services session has been created with a Money Business Community Education Workshop option selected.
If a Money Business Community Education Workshop option is selected, then only Education and Skills training should be selected from the Primary Service Type list.
Action
Find the Session ID from the error file.
Review the session record.
Either:
- De-select the option from the Money Business Community Education Workshop dropdown list
- OR
- Change the selected Primary Service Type to Education and Skills training
Recreate the XML file and upload to DEX.
