DEX Portal File Processing returns the following error:
Error
Money management workshop delivered is a required field. Please provide an answer.
Cause
A Financial Services session has been created with the Primary Service Type = Education and Skills training
In many cases, if this service type is selected, the DEX Portal also requires a Money Business Community Education Workshop option to be selected.
Action
Find the Session ID from the error file.
Review the session record.
Either:
- Select a valid option from the Money Business Community Education Workshop dropdown
list OR - Change the selected Primary Service Type to another option.
Recreate the XML file and upload to DEX.
