DEX Error – Referral Source Code is not valid

DEX Portal File Processing returns the following error:

• Referral Source Code is not valid

Cause

Incorrect data in the case record.

This may be caused if the funding source of a case is changed, or available referral sources have been changed since the case was created.

Action

Locate the Case record in your database.

Edit the record.

Select the appropriate entry from the Incoming Referral Source dropdown list.

Save the changes.
