DEX Error – The element Client has invalid child element Language Spoken at home

DEX Portal File Processing returns the following error:

• The element ‘Client’ has invalid child element ‘LanguageSpokenAtHomeCode’. List of possible elements expected: ‘CountryOfBirthCode’.

Cause

Incorrect data in the client record

Action

Locate the Client record in your database.

Edit the record.

Select the appropriate entry from the Country of Birth dropdown list.

Save the changes.
