Why didn’t the email notification arrive?

Certain actions in the database will trigger an email notification.

These include assigning enquiries.

If you have assigned an enquiry to a colleague and they did not receive an email notification have them check their Junk Mail/Spam folder.

If the notification is not there, contact CDS Support – they can check if the email was sent from the system successfully.
