Why is my database running slowly?

There may be a number of reasons why your CRM is running slowly.

Here are some tips for isolating the issue:

  • Can you access other sites on the internet?
    • If not the issue may be with your network – please contact your local IT support
  • Are the performance issues happening with other internet sites?
    • If so the issue may be with your network – please contact your local IT support
  • Have you tried another internet browser?
    • We recommend using Google Chrome – if you are using a different browser, try Google Chrome and see if that improves the performance

 

  • Is anyone else having the same problem?
    • There may be an issue with the system – please contact your local system administrator to investigate further. They can contact support to follow up on the issue.
