When you create an NDIS Activity for an individual support plan, you need to select a support plan and support item to claim against.
When you press select in the NDIS Service Booking field, the Support Plan you have selected is searched upon.
Unfortunately, the search function cannot handle certain characters, such as ampersands (&) or apostrophes (‘).
To ensure you are able to select service booking, please ensure these characters do not exist in any service booking names.
