DEX Portal File Processing returns the following error:
- Outlet Activity ID XXXXX does not exist or you do not have access to it
The Outlet Activity ID sent in the XML file is incorrect, or no longer valid in your DEX Portal.
This may be caused if your funding has recently been updated, or has expired. If you have received a funding extension, but the ID has changed, you may also see this error.
Download your Organisation Data file.
