DEX Portal File Processing returns the following error:

Fees charged is mandatory for this activity.
Cause
A session has been created under a funding source which requires fees charged to be recorded (e.g. CHSP/HACC)
Any session using this funding source must have fees charged recorded.
Tip: If fees were not charged, enter 0
Action
Find the Session IDs from the error file.
Review the session record.
Enter 0 (or another amount) on the session.
Recreate the XML file and upload to DEX.
