Record an Enquiry

A new enquiry may be recorded by selecting Create Enquiry from the Shortcuts menu located on the left-hand side of the screen.

Instructions

Step 1. Log into your CRM database (refer to Logging On for further information).

 

Step 2. Select Create Enquiry from the Shortcuts menu located on the left-hand side of the screen.

Step 3. Complete the fields as required.

Step 4. Click Save

Tip: If the person making the enquiry is willing to 
share their contact details, select the 
Record Contact Details checkbox. 
The panel will expand the form to show additional 
fields for completion. 
Select the Save button once you have 
finished entering the data.
