Why has my NDIS claim file errored?

There are a number of reasons why a claim file may error.

These include:

  • No NDIS number for an NDIS Client
  • No Support Item or Goal on a Claim
  • Claims included for a Fee for Service client
  • Claims included with an incorrect status
  • Claims included with a future date
