A Sensitive Record is a record that limits access to users depending on the following
- Users with Access
- Teams with Access
This is only available if the Teams Module is installed and linked to the module for the record you want to limit access to.
The Team module is not automatically installed in your database you would need to request it.
Instructions
Step 1: Log into your CRM database (refer to Logging On for further information).
Step 2: Search for the record that you want to allocate as Sensitive.
Step 3: Open the record in edit mode.
Click on Sensitive record
Step 4: Allocate who has access to the record.
Select the Team
Select the user
Step 5: Save the record
If you are are a member of a Team given access or a User with Access you will see this message at the top of the record and will have access to record
If you are not a member of a Team given access or a User with Access you will see this message at the top of the record and you will have no access to the record.
You will need to get a User with the Manager Role in the database to give you access to the record.
