PSP – How to add Carer Household Case Note/Event

The Carer Household Case Note/Event is where you can record a note/event relating to the Carer Household.

In the Carer Household Record on the Sub-Panel, you will see Carer Case Note/Event listed.

Record keeping for Out of Home Care (OOHC) in Permanency Support Program (PSP)


Step 1.   Log into your CRM database (refer to Logging On for further information).

Step 2.   In the Activities Menu

Click on Carer Household

Step 3.    On the left in the Shortcuts.

Click on Carer Household

Step 3.   Search for the Carer Household you want to add a document.

Step 4.   To display the Carer Household record.

Click on Carer Household in the search result.

Step 5.    The Carer Household is displayed.

On the left in the Sub-Panel
Click on Documents

Sub-Panels are shortcuts, you could also scroll down the screen to get to an item on the Sub-Panel list.  

Step 6.   You can now see the Carer Case Note/Event – List

Click on Create

Step 7.   You can now see the screen for Carer Case Note/Event

Enter the required information

A red star * next to a field name indicates that field is mandatory, it can't be left blank.

Contact Reason is a multi select field, hold down the Ctrl (windows) key or the Command (Mac) key and left click with the mouse to select more then one on the list.

Screenshots below may be different to your database as each database is customised to suit customer needs.

Some fields have default data already in them. These fields can be left as is, but check this is correct or change as needed.

Step 8.    When you have finished entering the information

Click on the Save button

If at any time before saving you want to abort the record creating click on Cancel

Step 9.   You will now be able see what you have saved in the Carer Case Note/Event list
