There are two reasons why you may not be able to delete a record.
Option 1 – User permissions – user permissions determine which records you can view, edit or delete – for more information refer to the ‘Why can’t I delete this record?‘ article
Option 2 – Dependent records.
To delete a Support Plan, you must first remove all Service Bookings.
To delete a Service Booking, you must first remove all NDIS Support Items.
